As many of you also, I am diligently working to clean-up as much of the mess I created in 2013, in preparation of the New Year. I can’t really call it “a mess” in totality, but I am struggling to un-clutter my world and allow myself room to focus on the wonderful opportunities the New Year holds for me. Southern Restorations 2.0 is a reality in basic structure and now must define and capture the markets I wish to pursue through this new entity.
“Almost Open” reads a sign on a local Grill and Bar and I can certainly emulate just that feeling in my own operations. I rushed to complete all manner of projects for my clients prior to Christmas and now am digging out from the mess I created fumbling through my shop tools and materials still not secure in their new home in some organized fashion. Two sides of the puzzle must emerge –Business side and Shop side, ready to tackle the new year productively and profitably. Reflection encompasses all the experiences of my past that can help me look eagerly focused on the future. I am deep in this process in both realms as we speak…..standby….
